I'll go first - a few years ago, I was tasked with setting up a phone system for my employer at the time for a company of 15 people. The first deployment was a hosted PBX product from a well-known VoIP provider. The rates were charged per phone and in aggregate was costing a lot of money for poor call quality. We next tried a hosted product from a company that charged very little for the service but was full of bugs and had frequent outages. I migrated again to 3CX, which had more features, more control, and still affordable. Now I am offering my acquired skills in the hosted communications space to other companies, freelancers, or organizations that are looking for a phone system to meet their wants and needs.
